CHEVEUX SALON & DAY SPA POLICIES
We have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Cheveux Salon & Day Spa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Cheveux Salon & Day Spa does require a 50% Deposit to secure your appointment for first time customers. This is ensures we do not leave our stylists with last minute cancellations. The deposit is taken at the time of booking and is deducted from the total cost at the time of an appointment. In addition to our deposit, we also require 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to do so will result in a last minute cancellation fee. Thank you to everyone for understanding our policies.
